Senior Account Manager

We’re Hiring….

We’re looking for a dedicated full-time “Account Manager” to maintain our clients’ accounts, operate the client’s needs internally and serve as our main point of communication.

Duties:

  • Contact potential clients, analyze their needs, prepare the scope of work, and close deals.

  • Develop pitches in coordination with media buyers, content creators, and graphic designers.

  • Provide clear orientation to clients on our business process, communication, and documentation guides.

  • Prepare project briefs, and provide clear orientation to the team.

  • Manage projects, assign tasks, set deadlines, and control the process to deliver successful results.

  • Facilitate internal weekly standup meetings, assign tasks, and set work schedules.

  • Act as clients' main point of contact concerning their needs.

  • Make sure the projects’ requirements are met and delivered within scope, match the client's expectations, and will drive satisfactory results.

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain accurate client records and track any scope updates and contract renewals.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

  • Manage/Handle influencers and editorial campaigns.

  • Manage/Handle outsourced partners.

  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization.

  • Handle project closure properly: hand over the project to the client, ask for reviews, and manage project documentation.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or relevant roles in the digital advertising industry.

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Ability to manage teams and delegate tasks

  • Business-oriented and aware of business plans, budgeting, and objectives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient with AI tools, Google, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required

  • Advanced Knowledge of Marketing, Digital Marketing/Advertising, and Project Management.
